The IPO of Coal India offered by Govt of India was listed on Thursday and was quoted Rs.342 on Friday. With offering price of Rs.275 it gave very good return to investors. But who is going to benefit from this investment ? FDI that is Foreign Direct Investments. The US pumped money in its economy and increased money circulation. Their interest rate is near Zero so they invest in emerging economies like India. So the price will shoot up and ordinary Indians can not invest in our mines (Coal India Ltd). We complained that in pre-independence Whites exploited India by exporting our goal to England. Now literally we are licensing them to take our coals to their country. When will we know that they are using currencies as weapon? Rest on my next letter. M.M.Eshack
Dear Madukkurians, (19-10-2010)
In this week development we can say The Gitix opened in Dubai. While the shoppers entry fees is Dhs.25 per head, people who want to buy any laptop and mobile phone can visit and take some bundle offer like mobile phone with memory card, earphone and speaker as extra-free. Other than it is only a shopping place. I know people bought Samsung Corby for Dhs.500 andSamsung Galaxy for Dhs.800 both are touch phones. I will visit Gitix - Trade center to visit the software and hardware companies. About 70 indian's IT companies participation is good news for us. We learnt from home only Dry weather is prevailing in Madukkur.
Otherday I visited Janab ANM Ali Jinnah who visited Dubai and staying here. While talking with him I learnt that there was a proposal to build new mosque replacing old mosque. He shared with me the Plan and budget. He is going to meet our Madukkurians for discussion. This is only now, I will come with more next letter.
Dear Madukkurians,
I was thinking every time to update this diary. But my intention was to update in Tamil script. Still I am not getting fast typing in Tamil, at the same time I can not hold myself not updating this section, I decided to write in English. I know most of our readers will find easy to read in English, still I see can I update short notes in Tamil.You remember in Madukkur.com, we put up one discussion form about gold appreciation and questioned the security to our family back home. Everyone of us must take precaution for this effect. Nowadays we are hearing stories of theft and burglary everyday.
Regarding Job front in Dubai, I witnessed many of our talented fresh professionals found difficult to be placed in Dubai. Back home we are hearing a lot of recruitments in IT sector. Now our people need to take difficult decision about the career. But the things will change and there is bright future waiting for them in near future.
The Madukkur.com committed to help our people to be placed in their right place. We will explore the possibilities in this way in our next move.

பொருளாதார விழ்ச்சி-துபை வாழும் மதுக்கூர் மக்களின் நிலைபாடு. உலக்கை பாதிக்கும் பொருளாதார விழ்ச்சியைப்பற்றி அனைவரும் கேள்விபட்டு இருப்பொம். இப்பொருளாதார விழ்ச்சி துபையைம் பாதித்துள்ளது என்பதும் உண்மை. இப்பொருளாதார விழ்ச்சி நமது மக்களை எந்த அளவில் பாதித்து உள்ளது. முதலில் பாதிக்கப்பட்டது கட்டிட ச்ம்பந்தமான துறைதான்.ஆனால் நம்மவர்கள் இந்த துறைகளில் அதிகம் இல்லை. சிலர் இன்சினியர் போன்ற பணிகளில் இருந்தாலும் இடைபட்ட பதவிகளில் உள்ளாதால் பயம் இல்லை. அடுத்து நம்மவர்களில் அதிகம் பணி செய்வது வங்கி துறையாகும்.
பாம்பாட்டிக்கு பாம்பால்தான் சாவு என்பார்கள். அது போல்தான் பேங்க் துறை.ஒரு நாட்டின் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சிக்கு பேங்க் மிக முக்கியமாகும். பணவீக்கம், பணம் சர்குலேஸன், விலைவாசி, தொழில் முன்னேற்றம் முதல் தனிப்பட்டவரின் கல்வி, வீடு, வசதி போன்றவைகளுக்கு பேங்கே ஆதாரம். ஆனால் அதே பேங்க்தான் லாபம் என்ற ஒரே நோக்கத்தில் செயல்பட்டு நாட்டின் விழ்ச்சிக்கு காரணமாகிவிட்டது.
துபை பொருத்தவரை திருப்பி கொடுக்கமுடியுமா என்று யோசிக்காமல் கொடுக்கமால் இருக்கமுடியாது என்ற சட்டத்தை கையில் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு நாட்டையே கடனாளியாகிவிட்டது.
பாம்பின் விஷம், விஷமும் அது தான், மருந்தும் அதுதான். அதேபொல இந்த பொருளாதார விழ்ச்சியில் இருந்து மிட்க வேண்டுமானல் அது பேங்க் துறை முலம்தான் செய்யமுடியும். அதானால்தான் அமெரிக்க அரசாங்கமும் பேங்கை காப்பாற்றியது மட்டும் அல்லாமல் அதே மேனஜர்களுக்கு இன்னும் போன்ஸும் கொடுக்கின்றது.
அதே நிலைதான் துபையிலும் என்றாலும் வங்கிகளின் இணைப்பினால் சிலர்க்கு வேலை பாதிப்பு எற்படும் அனால் அது அதிர்ஷ்டத்தை பொருத்தது. மற்ற துறைகளைபற்றி தொடரும்....
அடுத்து கார்கோ துறையைப்பற்றி பார்போம். கார்கோ துறையை இரண்டு வகையாக பிரிக்கலாம். ஒன்று கண்டெய்னர் சர்விஸ் மற்று ஒன்று கிளியரன்ஸ் சர்விஸ். கண்டெயினர் சர்விஸ் சுமார் 50% குறைவு அடைந்துள்ளது. அதற்கு காரணம் கட்டிட்ட சம்பந்தபட்ட பொருட்கள் வரவு குறைவாகும். ஆனால் இந்த சர்விஸில் நமது மக்கள் மிக,மிக குறைவாக உள்ளார்கள். நமக்கு தெரிந்தவகையில் பாதிப்பு இல்லை. ஆனால் கிளியரன்ஸ் சர்விஸில் நம்மவர்களில் ஓரு சிலருக்கு வேலை இழப்பும், ஓரு சிலருக்கு நீண்ட விடுப்பும் கிடைத்துள்ளது. ரிடையல் எனப்படும் சில்லறை வியாபாரத்தில் நம்மவர்கள் பின் அலுவலக பணிகளில (back office)் உள்ளதால் அவர்கள் பணியில் பாதிப்பு இல்லை. மேலும் அக்கவுண்ட் பணிகளில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு இந்த பொருளாதார விழ்ச்சியால் பொருப்பும் வேலையும (Credit collection) அதிகமாகி உள்ளது. அவர்களுக்கு வேலை பாதிப்பு இல்லை என்றே சொல்லலாம். அடுத்து முக்கியமானது டிராவல் மற்றும் டுரிஸம் ஆகும். தொடரும்......

அன்புள்ள நண்பர்களுக்கு, சென்ற வாரம் மதுகை செல்ல வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது. மழை நேரம் என்பதால் எல்லோரையும் சந்திக்க இயலவில்லை. ஆனால் அன்வர்,சுல்தான் அவர்களையும் சந்தித்து தொடர்ந்து நமது இணையதளத்துக்கு மதுக்கூர் செய்திகளை கொடுத்துவாருங்கள் என கேட்டுக்கொண்டேன். அவர்கள் தொடர்ந்து அனுப்பிவருகிறார்கள். தேவா அவர்கள் உழைப்பினால் பக்கங்களில் மாறுதல் செய்து, முதல் பக்கத்தில் புதிய செய்திகளையும் முன்பு வந்த செய்திகளை "மேலும்" என்ற இணைப்பிலும் கொடுத்து வருகின்றோம்.
நல்ல கருத்தான கட்டுரைகளையும், செய்திகளையும் நமது வாசகர்களிடம் இருந்து வரவேற்கின்றோம்.
முக்கியமாக SBI பட்டுக்கோட்டை மேலாளரை சந்தித்து மதுக்கூரில் SBI கிளை திறக்கும் நிலைபற்றி கேட்டேன். கிளை திறக்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டு உள்ள முன்று நகரங்களில் மதுக்கூர் ஒன்று ஆகும் என்றும், முன் உரிமைபடி விரைவில் திறக்கப்படும் எனவும் கூறினார். விரைவில் மற்ற செய்திகளுடன். - இஸ்ஹாக். (18-12-2009)

அமைத்தோம். அதானல் நமது மக்களின் வருகை, கருத்து பறிமாறுதல் பலமடங்கு
அதிகமாக உள்ளது. இது மகிழ்ச்சி தருகின்றது.
இனி வரும் நாட்களில் இன்னும் பயன்படும் பல பகுதிகளை இணைக்க உள்ளோம்.

Dear Madukkurians,
We are happy to say that number of our readers increased very much in past months. The credit goes to Mr.Deva who work hard to update our site daily with latest news and developments. Mr.Anwar, our other editor is presently in madukkur and sending interest news and articles to our site. At the same time many of our members are continuously contributing to our sites to make it very useful and informative.
When we recapture what happened recently in Madukkur we remember some unwanted incident happened and some our fellow madukkurians are charge sheeted. Other than this we lost one of our social worker well known as Valanadu Samadhu who worked for our welfare of our society.
The river is flowing again. Mr.Anwar with mobile camera captured a summersault of a happy madukkurian. It make us nostalgia of our village. We remember our golden young days spending unlimited time in river playing all kind of water games. We are pity of present children who are deprived of all such wonderful times.
|We are at present publish our present issues so to bring the attention of concern authority to take action for the benefit of our society. It is not any attempt to degrade any individual or leader. We take it is only an eye opener.
We always welcome the contribution from our members and believe it is vital for the success of our site. We look forward too.
